The 3-yr old organization and relatively young as Global Care Medical Center of Bay (GCMCB) needs a strong backbone. And which else can be the strongest frame of an organization but its “people”. The organization believed that the values formed across the company will spearhead its growth. If people are principle-centered, efficiency and effectiveness will follow. The main goal of which the Human Resource Department (HRD) under the leadership of Mr. Donald Rey V. Sotelo, MBM, kicked off the Values Formation starting with the middle management, supervisors, and heads. The program was a two-day seminar from Feb 17-19, 2020 at the GCMCB Auditorium, which tackles the 7-Habit of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. It was even made more special as the Chairman of the Company himself, Engr. Ricardo Celino facilitated the topic of “Trait of Leaders”. Which then made the GCMCB Middle Managers and Supervisors more inspired. This is just the beginning of the journey as HRD commits to develop and train the people of GCMCB towards achieving organizational growth. And as the proverb said: “Train up a child in the way he should go (teaching him to seek God’s wisdom and will for his abilities and talents). Even when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
