At Global Care Medical Center of Bay, we have a team dedicated to working with our patients to:
. Interpret insurance coverage ( PhilHealth , Health Maintenance Organization) .
. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
. Notify the insurance company and obtain authorization for treatment.
. Investigate payment sources that might be available to you.
. Make payment arrangement.
Our staff will update your daily running statement of account to give you a heads up before going home.
Our Billing Section is the only authorized personnel to assist you in Terms of Statements of Accounts, Payments, and
Insurance and Financial Assistance.
Prior to admission or check-up, kindly coordinate with our respective HMO staff in order to secure a Letter of Guarantee or Letter of Authorization (LOA) to prevent unnecessary delays and inconvenience when you go to the Admitting Section or Out-Patient Department. Upon entering the HMO Office, kindly present your HMO card and a valid identification card (I.D.) for faster and smoother transaction.
Located at the ground floor behind the Information Section, our HMO Office is open Monday through Saturday you can also call at (049) 559-6145 local 120/113/115/116/117 from 7a.m. to 8 p.m Beyond their office hours and during Sundays, please proceed directly to the Admitting Section.
